Position: Eyebrow Threading Specialist (For existing and upcoming Stores)

An eyebrow threading therapist’s roles involve specialized eyebrow threading, but often include other beauty services like brow and lash tinting, waxing, lash extensions, and facials. They are responsible for client consultations, performing the treatments with precision, maintaining a clean and professional environment, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. 

Core roles and responsibilities
  • Eyebrow threading: The primary duty is to accurately and skilfully remove unwanted hair from the eyebrows using the threading technique, often starting with a consultation to determine the ideal shape. 
  • Full face threading: Some positions extend threading services to the full face. 
  • Other brow and lash services: This can include tinting, lamination, and the application of lash extensions. 
  • Other beauty treatments: Depending on the salon, roles may also involve waxing (including Brazilian), manicures, pedicures, facials, and massage. 
  • Client consultation: Therapists consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, using techniques like a three-point measure to determine the best shape. 
  • Sales and customer service: They are expected to upsell services, products, and to handle client inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. 
  • Salon maintenance: A key responsibility is to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism within the salon and treatment areas.

  • Technical skill: Proficiency in the specific threading technique, as well as other treatments offered. 
  • Client interaction: A friendly, personable, and confident demeanor to make clients feel comfortable. 
  • Professionalism: Maintaining high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and ethics. 
  • Attention to detail: A precise and detail-oriented approach is crucial for achieving good results. 
  • Time management: Efficiently managing appointments to serve clients effectively. 

Reports to Store/State Manager

For all of our existing and upcoming stores, we need Someone who must know Threading but is willing to learn Eyelash and Eye Brow Tinting, Perming, Eyelash Extensions, and Henna Tattoos.

Training will be provided for the Eyelash and Eyebrow Tinting, Perming, and Eyelash Extensions if required.

Duties:

Meet and greet clients and also talk to potential clients who are looking at our Kiosk and resolve their queries, also you should know the Art of converting a query into Sales.

Most Importantly you should love your work, don’t do it just for money, you are expected to work as you would work for your own salon. Talk to clients nicely and with a smiley face at all times.


Both Full-time and Part-time roles are available.

Our working hours are

Mon to Wed 9.00 to 5.30 pm
Thur-Fri 9.00 to 9.00 pm
Sat 9.00 to 5.00 pm
Sun 10.00 to 5.00 pm
