Indian Ayurvedic Relaxing Gentle Massage

Eyebrow Massage

(Included with VIP Exquisite Brows)

Your Eyes deserve that relaxation after all that iPad/Laptop screen time either at work. school & TV time at home.

Brow massaging includes kneading and gentle pinching of the brows in between the forefinger and thumb in sections and circular motions. This gets the circulation going and stimulates the deeper layers of the skins, which in fact, improves the skin texture.

Besides the pinching, comes the overall massage and relaxation of the face. You ultimately get a facial without the mask/exfoliation aspect, with oil substituting. With gentle, deep strokes going up from middle brow area to your temples, all the way up to your brow bones and then slowly into the corner of your brows and into your forehead.

The actual feel of touch and pressure itself allows you to unwind and relieve tension. The point on our temples helps rid you of stress and allows your body and mind to feel more relaxed, relieved, and open to healing. The specific points on your face, temples, and brows gives you a soothing, calming rebalance each times its touched, allowing you to feel relaxed and sleep better.

Other benefits include primarily focused on improving blood circulation to hair follicle to promote hair growth and thicken sparse eyebrows, relieve tension headaches, sinus pressure, dryness, itchiness, stimulate lymphatic drainage which can help reduce puffiness and fluid retention around the eyes, gets you healthier complexion by boosting collagen production and cell growth leading to a more radiant appearance, help relax facial muscles, tightens skin cells, potentially reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, puffiness and dark circles under the eyes.

Eyebrow massage relieves tension headaches and eye strain, reduces facial tension, boosts circulation to stimulate hair growth, and promotes lymphatic drainage to minimize puffiness. It also offers cosmetic benefits, such as softening “11 lines” between the brows, promoting a lifted appearance, and improving skin elasticity through increased blood flow.

Key Benefits of Eyebrow Massage:

  • Reduced Tension & Headaches: Targeting the brow area (especially the Zan Zhu point at the start of the brow) relieves sinus pressure, eye strain from screens, and tension headaches.
  • Improved Hair Growth: Massage increases blood flow and circulation to the hair follicles, which can encourage thicker, healthier eyebrows.
  • Anti-Aging & Skin Benefits: It reduces tension in the corrugator muscles, helping to soften frown lines, lift the brow area, and reduce puffiness around the eyes through lymphatic drainage.
  • Relaxation & Well-being: Techniques such as brow pinching can activate relaxation points, aiding in stress reduction, and, according to traditional Ayurvedic principles, balancing energy.
  • Improved Circulation: Enhances the delivery of nutrients to the skin, leading to a more radiant complexion and encouraging collagen production.

For best results, aim for few-minute session 2–3 times a week, ensuring no soreness occurs.

Face Massage

Facial massages boost blood circulation, encourage lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness, and relieve tension in the jaw and forehead. By promoting oxygen-rich blood flow, they can temporarily plump the skin and help skincare products absorb better, resulting in a healthier, radiant complexion.
Key Benefits of Face Massage:
  • Reduced Puffiness: Gentle sweeping motions stimulate the lymphatic system, helping to drain excess fluid build up, especially around the eyes and cheeks.
  • Tension Relief: Massaging the masseter muscles helps release built-up tension from clenching the jaw, which can alleviate headaches.
  • Improved Circulation: Increased blood flow delivers oxygen and essential nutrients to skin cells, supporting a natural, glowing appearance.
  • Enhanced Product Absorption: Massaging serums or oils into the face helps ingredients penetrate the superficial layers of the skin more effectively.
  • Relaxation: The tactile stimulation is highly effective at lowering stress, helping both physical and mental well-being.

Head Massage

A head massage relieves stress, lowers blood pressure, and reduces tension headaches by decreasing cortisol and calming your nervous system. It also stimulates hair follicles to promote thicker, stronger hair and improves blood circulation, which enhances oxygen and nutrient delivery to your brain.
Specific benefits of a head massage include:
  • Tension and Pain Relief: Gently kneading the scalp, temples, and neck soothes the muscles that contribute to tension headaches and migraines.
  • Hair Growth: Studies indicate that daily scalp massage can mechanically stretch hair follicle cells, resulting in thicker hair strands and improved scalp health.
  • Stress Reduction: The physical stimulation triggers the release of endorphins and serotonin, which instantly improve your mood and lower stress hormones like norepinephrine.
  • Enhanced Cognitive Function: Improved microcirculation delivers more oxygen and nutrients to the brain, which can help clear mental fatigue and improve focus.
  • Better Sleep Quality: By inducing whole-body relaxation, regular head massages can significantly ease sleep disturbances and help treat insomnia.
